- Site Plans define what is intended to be installed in each type of site.
- Site plans contain all positions inside the site where an InVue device will monitor, control, or protect a piece of merchandise.
- The Admin user can upload and manage site plans in Configuration > Site Plans.
- Each uploaded plan is assigned to a specific Site Type with details about the in-store sections, positions, associated merchandise, and InVue device.
- Each plan includes a start date to automatically apply the plan across all similar stores at the same time.
- Creating a new plan for a new Site Type will automatically add the new Site Type to the system
To get to the menu:
- Select the Hamburger Menu.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Site Plans.
With a new instance, your page should look like this.
This is for Local LIVE. Only InVue Users can see this.
You need to use the provided attachments located in the Article.
Before you can begin you must download the attached file, then import it into LIVE Display Web.
- Select Get Template File.
- Currently, you must use Excel for this template.
- Open this file and select the Plan Details tab.
- Enter in the Plan Name.
- This should be something like Initial Upload, or the template name your company uses.
- Enter in the Plan Name.
- Enter the Site Type.
- Remember each Site Type will share the same Site Plan.
- Enter the Start Date.
- This date will determine when the devices in the Store begin to check to see if they are compliant with the Site Plan.
- Make sure that the date is not in the past.
Once you are done with this tab, it should look similar to the image below.
Now for the Positions Tab
Each position requires the first 5 columns to be filled out in the manner below. This is also explained in the Instructions tab.
NOTE: If you are using UPC. That must not be in the Assigned Merchandise Field.
Once you have filled it out, the tab should look something like the one below.
Once you are happy with your template.
- Save and close the Excel File.
- Select Import.
- Browse to the location where you saved the template.
- if everything is correct you will see a green check mark.
- Select Import.
Now your Site Plan looks like below.
