How to process the IR4 OneKEY firmware update? See steps listed below:
1. Ensure your One Key Manager (OKM) is connected to power & ethernet cable, and on online status in Live Access web portal.
2. Tap on the 'gear icon', located on the top left of the home screen of the OKM.
3. Then, enter the Manager PIN.
(This is typically found in Live Access web portal under:
Settings > Customer Profile > KAS/OKM Enrollment PIN)
4. The OKM will then bring you to this screen with all these options, please select the 'OneKEY Update' (at the very bottom).
5. Then you will be asked to dock your OneKEY to install the latest update; please note, once the update is complete on one of the IR4 OneKEY, you can continue on with this process, if needed, and start again at this step, until ALL IR4 OneKEY that require a firmware update have been processed.
6a. Once you have docked the IR4 OneKEY, if a Firmware Update is required, the following screen will display.
6b. If the IR4 OneKEY is not requiring a firmware update, the following screen will be displayed when the key is docked on the OKM:
7. For those instances that the screen from step 6a was prompted on the OKM, after the progress bar is completed (it can take several minutes), you should get this screen prompt:
8. Reiterating what was mentioned on step 5, once the update is complete on one of the IR4 OneKEY you can continue on with this process, if needed, and go back to step 5, until all IR4 OneKEY that require a firmware update have been processed.

However, once all IR4 OneKEY's firmware updates have been processed, you can click on the golden back arrow button, located on the top left screen.
- This will take you to the Menu screen from step 4, and from here, you can proceed and click on the golden back arrow button once again, located on the top left screen, to conclude the Manager session on the OKM.
