Setting up the OKM:
- Log into https://portal.invue.com/ with your site credentials
- Head to the devices area
- Click "Add Devices" at the top right
- Enter the name of the device as well as the numbers 0203 followed by the mac address (ex: 0203cc1fc4040879)
- The OKM should show up in the devices list now, if not check the network connection and the 0203 mac address combo you entered

- Both group fields must have selections in them in order for the OKM to work

The custom named groups "Toreo" and "Universidad" need to not only be populated with different stores and departments beforehand, but there must be selections in both areas assigned to the OKM in order to function. These names will be different depending on the store but the process is still the same.
A properly setup OKM in Portal should look like this:
