NE360 Handheld and Tablet Cases Instructions

We may experience calls regarding these issues. Below are two issues they specifically mentioned and how to TS:

• Cases locked together
• To check, slide the payment device down to expose the phone's top cap. Unlock the top cap, remove the phone and they should be able to see if the locking screws are installed or if something else in the inserts
• Page 6 slides 42-47
• The device not fitting into the case
• Proper installation requires the removal of the E285 battery cover before trying to install it in our case
