OnePod LIVE Stand - Unlock Locked Stand Without Sensor

If a stand is locked without the sensor resting on it, it is impossible to place the sensor back onto the stand:

To unlock the stand and allow the sensor to be placed on the stand again, please follow these steps:

1. Find a sensor that is on a working stand.
2. Verify in the app the device's planogram compliance is approved.
   1. Select the working sensor in the application.
   2. Select "INFO & SETTINGS"
   3. From here if the planogram compliance needs confirmation you will see a red button.
   4. If you see the below screen you know you are good to proceed.

3. Disarm a working LIVE Sensor via the app and remove it from its stand. 
4. Connect that sensor to the locked stand.
5. Send the unlock command via the app.
   1. Please make sure that the recoiler cable does not touch the metal pellets in the stand:
      
6. The stand should now unlock.
   1. Disarm the sensor again.
   2. Remove it from the stand and place it back on its original stand.
7. Place the original sensor on the now working stand.
8. Verify compliance with the original sensor.
