- Log in to WEB version of Live Display.
- Once logged in, click on the top left hamburger menu (three horizontal lines).
- From the dropdown menu, select:
- Configuration > Device Settings
- Under Alarm Node Volume, click on the current volume level (it can vary from LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH).
- Then, select one of the desired levels you want to set the alarm up with.
- Finally, scroll to the bottom of this screen, and select SAVE (bottom right).

- To confirm the settings were saved, let's inspect the Mobile App version of the Live Display Account.
- Launch Mobile Live Display, and enter:
- Customer ID followed by Live Access user pin.
- Click on the Hamburger menu found on the top left of the home page.
- From the drop down, select 'Alarm Nodes'.
- You will get to the list of the Alarm Nodes registered to this Account Site.
- Select the alarm node you wish to inspect.
- On the next screen, click on 'Info & Settings' (bottom center).
- Under the first section titled 'General', you will see the current Volume level.
- *Please note, you can only edit the volume level using WEB version of Live Display.
