Make sure the key has been checked out from a OneKEY Manager or Programming Station with same SDC.
Double check access privileges in LIVE Access.
If it is a lock which has been recently enrolled into LIVE Access software, make sure that the OneKEY manager is connected to the internet and has synchronized with the software with the latest asset/user list.
