Requirements

• NFC enabled on your device.
• Bluetooth enabled on your device.
• Camera Permission enabled for the application.
• Nearby Devices Permission enabled for the application.
• The App installed from either the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
• Your Android phone on Android 9 or above.
• Your Apple phone on iOS 12 or above.
• Your Customer ID from your Web application.
• Your passcode from the Web application ready.

When logging in make sure that you have all of the requirements above satisfied before proceeding.

1. Open the mobile app.
   1. 
2. Type in your Customer ID. Then hit NEXT.
   1. 
3. Then type in your passcode. Then hit LOGIN.

At this point, you will be on the main screen ready to access and unlock the locks.
