Context: Certain Live Access environments may have certain roles assigned to manage 'New Devices Zone"; this will enable for them to enroll Live locks and operate them without having to reassign the device out of the 'New Devices Zone', using Live Access's web version.
Expected Behavior: If the Live Access environment you're working in has the setup described in the context note above, then you should expect: 60 seconds period lapse (approximately) in order to open the Live Lock using the Live Access mobile app, after the Live Lock was enrolled successfully using the Live Access mobile app.
Things to consider: iOS devices won't have this operational function within the iOS Live Access app version, so ensure you are using an Android device. Also, ensure the user used to enroll the Live Locks can Enroll Devices (by the Least), and Manage Devices. You can confirm or edit these functions on the user level by:
- Log in to designated Live Access Web Account.
- Click on 'USERS'
- Search & Select User to be inspected/edited:
- Enable 'Enroll KAS/OKM/Devices' to = YES.
- If needing to rezone the newly enrolled device:
- Enable 'Manage Devices' to = YES.
- If needing to rezone the newly enrolled device:

- Ensure your Mobile App is up to date on the latest release version for Android.
