LIVE Access | Mobile | Locks Installed at the Wrong Site

If you have this issue, then please do the following.

Before this is done, make sure you have your locks isolated, or that you know the serial numbers of the locks that you need to assign to the new store.

1. Log in to mobile.
2. Select the site that you want to enroll the locks.
3. Hit hamburger menu.
4. Select Enroll Devices.
5. Select Start.
6. Got pop up that lock is in another site.
7. Select Enroll Here.
8. Repeat steps as needed. (It may enroll a couple at a time, not all at once)
