I placed my order, how long does it take to be processed?
- InVue is committed to processing your order within 24 to 48 hours a receipt. Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
- If you do not receive this order confirmation within 48 hours, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Where is my order? Do you have tracking information?
- You can check your order status through your Connect account within the Order History tab.
- If you do not have a Connect Account, please reach out to Customer Service and we’ll email it.
What shipping service levels do you provide?
- InVue has partnered with UPS for our shipping needs and offer the following service levels:
- UPS Ground Standard - Delivered within 2 to 12 business days dependent upon delivery address
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered on 2nd business day from shipment date
- UPS Standard Overnight - Delivered the next business day from shipment date (Guaranteed before 10:30 AM)
- UPS Overnight - Early AM - Delivered the next business day from shipment date (Guaranteed before 8:30 AM)
- UPS Overnight - Saturday Delivery (Friday shipments to arrive on the following Saturday).
Does InVue offer Same-Day Shipments?
- InVue does not typically offer same day shipments. If you have an urgent need, please contact customer service before 12 PM to discuss available options.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple shipments?
- It’s not often that we don’t have everything our customers need right away and we are in unprecedented times. We are making sure we’re shipping everything as closely as we can to your location.

- All US and Canada shipments originate from Phoenix, Arizona.

Can I use my power supply to power/charge my merchandise?
- If the security device is powered, InVue recommends you use our power supplies that is compatible with your specific solution. We cannot recommend using non-InVue products as we cannot guarantee your results. If your device is mechanical, this will require you to use the OEM supplied charging cable.
Why can’t I order a part I have in my store?
- This part may be obsolete. Contact your sales representative for further information, or email customerservice@invue.com.
How do I install my Invue product?
- Instructions were enclosed with your InVue product. If you are missing them:
- Go to Invue.com/instructions and see if your product is listed there.
- Email customerservice@invue.com and we can send a PDF copy of the instructions
